family-owned business. Rick Lobsinger started
the agency in 2001 in Oakley California, which
was a small farming community at the time. The
agency has grown from that time to a
full-service insurance agency serving all of
California. Rick Lobsinger along with his
brother Phil Lobsinger always believed that
customers come before profits; we still live by
that philosophy today. With a combined tenure of
nearly 20 years for our staff, customer service
is what separates our agency from the rest. Our
knowledge and experience ensure our customers
